JimWood
Jim Wood is the co-founder and President of R&J Construction, Inc. He has over 45 years of experience in construction. Jim handles job estimating, value engineering, construction feasibility studies, site evaluations, design, CADD drawings, contract documents, and computer systems. He also created a unique software program for job bidding, which helps the company make accurate and detailed proposals. Jim served for 14 years on the Town of Danville Design Review Board. In this role, he reviewed all commercial projects, new commercial signs, residential subdivisions, and sensitive proposals for hillside and ridgeline homes. Additionally, Jim provides consulting services to local community organizations, offering them guidance on pricing for their projects. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
RonLongchamps
Ron Longchamps is the co-founder and Vice President of R&J Construction, Inc. He has 53 years of experience in the construction industry. Ron manages field operations, oversees crews, ensures quality, and maintains job site safety.
He has strong skills in estimating, job costing, design, job site supervision, and production. Ron previously ran his own successful construction company for several years and spent over 10 years working with leading firms on residential and commercial projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Davis.
PaulaGreger
Paula Greger is the Controller at R&J Construction, Inc. She has a strong background in accounting, mainly in the construction, real estate, and manufacturing sectors. Paula oversees the company’s accounting, finance, and tax activities. This includes managing construction loan financing, tracking project costs, handling billing, and managing funds. She is also in charge of human resources and business operations, along with supervising R&J’s office staff.
Paula earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University, East Bay in California.

Superintendent, has been working in the construction industry since 2018. Eric is responsible for field production, job scheduling, job staffing, interfacing with clients, quality control, job site safety, and tracking scope and pricing changes.

Estimator/Sales, has been working for R&J since 2019. Jesse is responsible for job estimating, value engineering, feasibility studies, initial project scheduling and project sales. Jesse received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
