Ron and Jim, our founders, both have many years of field experience in the construction and building industry. These years of "swinging a hammer" provide them with the essential skills and perspective that allows our team to deliver quality craftsmanship with an unwavering commitment to you. For example, one of the unique benefits R&J offers is the wide array of core in-house trades provided by our employees. This includes foundation construction, framing, plumbing, electrical, low-voltage lighting control, audio/sound, finish carpentry and painting. This gives us the flexibility to use either our own in-house experts or "sub-out" certain trades to our quality trade partners depending on the requirements of your specific project. Ron and Jim both have hands-on field experience in each of these trades and, unlike "paper contractors" or middlemen, will intimately understand and advocate the best approach for your project no matter how simple or complex it may be.
R&J is serious about its clients. For 21 years we have run our business fully dependent on word-of-mouth referrals. We believe this holds us accountable to do our very best every time for each and every client. And, instead of spending money on advertising and promotion, we go the extra mile to make sure our clients are satisfied with our work and our team.
